This issue was published in the format of a daily newspaper; on low-quality paper, ideal for practical use, for example as a tablecloth or to wrap fresh fish at the market. Among other works, the issue included instructions on how to make moonshine, a critical essay on art using or referring to food, photos of refrigerator interiors, and more than 50 different cooking tips.

The issue was realized within the framework of a grant from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
